If you're looking for a car service, you have just found the best. Few weeks ago I made arrangements to be picked up from the airport. We were scheduled to arrive in Phoenix at 7:34PM. Unfortunately we were delayed numerous times and the stress of it all really got to me. So much so that I failed to notify Melmar. As we're landing I turned to my husband and said "how are we getting home"? My husband reminded me that we have a car service, I said yes, but it's 1 o'clock in the morning and I failed to call them to inform them of our delay. Now we're both in a panic, what do we do? That is when this entire situation turned from lemons into lemonade. As soon as we landed I turned my phone on to call Melmar with hope that they can still help us. Suddenly a text comes through, from an unknown number. So I look and oh my gosh, its my driver alerting me that he's at the airport and directions on how to find him. I was shocked to say the least. Talk about going above and beyond. I'm a customer for life. Thank you so much!

I'm a frequent business traveler and have used many black car services to and from the airport over the years. Couple of months ago a business partner suggested I try Melmar Limo. It was truly the best decision I have ever made. The cars are always spotless, smell great and the drivers are a pleasure to deal with. I've used them a half a dozen times and will continue as long as they're willing to put up with me. I'm generally on a very tight schedule and I'm amazed that they're always early when picking me up. Hubby and I have always used ride share when heading out to dinner. The experience was always mediocre at best, and in some cases horrifying.
A friend referred me to Melmar Limo. So I decided to book their dinner package. All I can say is WOW, why haven’t I done this years ago? Our driver was in a suit and arrived 15 min before our scheduled pick up time. He texted me immediately after arriving to let me know he was in front of the house and made it clear that he wasn’t rushing us but rather wanted to let us know he was there in case we were ready to go. When we got into the vehicle he offered us masks, but did not require us to wear them, and hand sanitizer. I couldn’t believe how clean the vehicle was - WOW again. Thank you for such an amazing experience. Be on the lookout for our next booking when we head to the airport.
