Absolutely not - we are a full service transportation company. We offer vehicles ranging from sedans all the way to motor coaches.  Please visit our fleet page for more information.

Although we’re in the same business, no two companies are alike.  Some focus their service offerings on corporate clients while others may cater to weddings and special events. MELMAR Limousine is small enough where you’re not just a number.  We treat all of our clients like family.

Airport trips may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance for no fee. Airport trips cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation time or a Client no-show will be charged for the reservation in full.

All vans, stretch limousines, party buses, mini coaches and coaches require a 72-hour cancellation. Any cancellations made under the 72 hours will result in being charged for the full amount of the reservation.

Every chauffeur is certainly a driver, but a driver is not a chauffeur.
A driver is simply someone who operates a vehicle, while a chauffeur is a professional who is hired to drive. For example, consider a taxi or a ride share service, which allows just about anyone to become a driver. Chauffeurs are properly vetted, trained, drug tested, background checked and know the area better than anyone. 

Absolutely! We refer to rideshare as ‘digital hitchhiking’ - is hitchhiking ever safe?

Unlike rideshare companies, MELMAR Limousine completes full background checks on all of its chauffeurs. This includes federal background, fingerprinting and drug testing. Furthermore, all chauffeurs must have a clean driving record.

Yes. The reservation confirmation sent via e-mail includes our service agreement.

Yes, car seats and booster seats are available upon request.  Seats are cleaned and disinfected after each use and guaranteed not to be past manufactures expiration date.

In most cases, your reservation time begins with your initial pick up and ends with your final drop off.  Please consult our reservations specialist.

As soon as your plans are finalized, you should call or go online to book your transportation. We always recommend as much notice as possible, especially during our peak season (September through May).

A major credit card is required for all reservations.  In most cases, your credit card will be charged the full-service amount 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.

We do not permit smoking in any of our vehicles.

It is customary to tip your chauffeur.  In some cases, a 20% gratuity is added to your trip.  Please review the itemized charges on your reservation confirmation.

Yes, as long as all passengers are over the age of 21.

Yes, your confirmation will include your chauffeurs name and telephone number.
